A few weeks back my girlfriend and I were hanging out with her nieces and nephews and I jokingly made a comment about Bitcoin. Her niece said “I have $800 in Bitcoin”. I thought she was joking but when i asked her where she got it she said she earned it walking.
sMiles isn’t the first app to pay users crypto for walking, but after she mentioned this I began looking for similar apps. I discovered an app called sMiles which was supposed to be coming out in a few weeks. I signed up for the beta and just got my invite this morning.
The app is still glitchy and the walking/running pay aspect doesn’t appear to be setup yet but thought it was interesting and possibly something some of you would be interested in.
